Discrete service, and very accommodating when we had a day of illness and needed to stay in the room all day. Generous fresh breakfast of pastries and cheeses every day."

"The mattress and pillows reflect the low quality of the room's furniture. Despite possessing the required conveniences, the room is not notably different from the other low-cost rooms in the complex. The room's lack of cleanliness is a significant concern. I am still waiting for communication from the director. Apart from one receptionist who was able to communicate effectively in Spanish instead of French, which I greatly appreciate, the rest of the communication was quite inadequate. The staff shows a certain disrespect for people who do not speak French as their first language."
