Situated on the outskirts of the village of East Horsley leading directly onto country walks and cycle paths within an area of AONB (Area of Outstanding Beauty). Close to the scenic village of Shere (featured in the film The Holiday).

The area bursts with artisan deli's, farm shops and traditional English pubs, restaurants, antique shops and a local Opera House. East Horsley is ideally situated between Guildford, Dorking and Cobham. With direct train links to London and close to the A3/M25 and convenient to Heathrow and Gatwick airport.
