This cottage-style 4-plex offers excellent value and is the perfect accommodation for visitors who want a simple, convenient place to stay without all the fuss. Located in a converted historic home, it even comes with free parking downtown, so you can explore without battling or paying for a parking spot!

Each hotel-style suite is like a cozy little nest, equipped with all the basics: a microwave for your late-night popcorn cravings, a standard 12-cup coffee maker to fuel your mornings, cable TV to binge-watch your favorite shows, an iron and ironing board for pretending you’ll actually iron something, a hairdryer to blow away bad hair days, and a mini-fridge to keep your snacks and drinks chilled.

As it's an old historic home, you might hear some noise from the neighbors—consider it part of the authentic charm! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was everything we could have wished. The king size bed made it a tight fit but overall it was wonderful. It's in a great location and made it easy to walk throughout the town and enjoy the local activities! For the money, this was a great property to stay at and we would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for 2 people, has everything we needed, walking distance to all stores and restaurants, only thing, cannot park in the streets without paying, didn’t know there's parking lot behind the house

This is our second time staying in this location. We love the proximity to downtown Leavenworth, only a few blocks away. Also very close to river access. It was very clean with comfortable linens. We have no complaints and plan to book another stay in the future!

Overall I would stay at this location again. Great location and room for 2 was comfortable and clean. The first night at around 4:00 am the carbon monoxide detector started chirping. It chirped for several hours, it kept me awake and I was unable to go back to sleep. The room was also without a smoke detector. I called the number provided twice to get help with the tv. They were unable to assist. Otherwise it was great.
