Relaxing in the trees.
Everything with the cottage was as advertised. The master bedroom was very large and comfortable with plenty of space to hang clothes. My only recommendation would be a card or posting with a layout of light switches. Also, brief instructions on the operation of the washer/dryer. They worked very well but we were concerned when we couldn't easily find the lint trap for the dryer. A brief search online explained that the trap was inside the dryer. When we pulled out the cup it was clear the trap hadn't been cleared for some time(many different colors of lint) which is a terrible fire hazard. Overall, very happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

Cute and Campy
The over the moon cottage location is convenient to the Mt Gretna Tabernacle. The cottage is cute and a bit more rustic than the images that are on the VRBO. To improve a stay for future guests there are a few things that should be included for comfort and convenience. A wine/bottle opener, basic tall kitchen trash bags, more substantial pots and pans.basic spices and olive oil or cooking spray for the two pans that are currently there, a deck of cards and some games and additional cushions and pads for the porch chairs. The addition of these items would definitely have made our stay less campy and more comfortable.

Unique and convenient stay!
This was a great stay while we visited Hershey Park. The home provided us some food savings by having all amenities needed to cook some easy and more tummy tolerable foods. Location was fantastic! Close to everything including enjoyable walks through cottage village and even a short drive to Hershey. This was a unique and convenient stay for our family!

Perfect family summer get away
We did not want to leave. A quaint cottage in a dreamy little town. We took advantage of all the area had to offer, the lake, ice cream parlor, theater, roller rink, and cafe, and ventured out for excursions in Hershey and Lancaster. 💯 recommend

This was a perfect location and great home to stay for a family trip for the Fourth of July. The location was walkable to everything in Mt. Gretna and close to Hershey for us to enjoy a day at the Park. The home is great and had everything we needed. Would come back in a heartbeat.

great getaway with puppers in the woods
Loved the location.. enjoyed the lake, antiquing in lititz, dinner at the hideaway and walks with the dogs around Camp Meeting. A lovely cottage community that's quiet and great for relaxing. Cottage is beautifully updated with ice cold AC and a great little kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of room. A perfect getaway spot with lots to offer in the area. We missed the playhouse schedule but will return again to enjoy that too.

Great Gretna Getaway
This house was great for a long weekend in PA. We grew up near Mt. Gretna and were well aware of the quirky charm of the Campmeeting. The house is quite small which was just fine for us. The house is on a pedestrian-only street which made it a challenge for our phones to locate with gps.

An adequate house in a wonderful place
We had a nice 3 days here. But the house’s design is sort of awkward— we kept stubbing our toes on the hearth on our way to the porch, for instance—and it was more expensive than nicer houses nearby.

Fabulous
This was my second time at this cottage and hope to stay again. It rained the whole time! But, with such a cozy place to read and relax, listen to the rain and enjoy the ambiance it was lovely. I walked for a nice dinner at the Hideaway. I walked to Mt Gretna Mercantile for a few treats and always enjoy chatting with the sweet owners. I had an incredible lunch at Porch and Pantry. All without getting in my car. I highly recommend!

Nice cabin
The property was adorable! The town was beautiful and plenty of places to hike. The only down fall was sirens going off through the night and people hollaring. The oven did not work so that was a bummer. Also not the best heating, the woodstove didnt work and the up stairs two bedrooms did not have heat. But everything else was really nice and had a great time.
