Hotel is a bit worn down, and it’s only having one elevator makes it tough on busy days, but the staff is outstanding!!! They truly go the extra mile for you. Eva, the operations manager is simply amazing! My son got food poisoning from the only restaurant that was open on the day we arrived, and the way she cared and supported us even when they were fully booked is something I will never forget.

My wife and I celebrated a snowy Thanksgiving at this beautiful hotel.. it was truly an unforgettable night. Loved that this hotel offered free water and Lorna Doone cookies. The staff was wonderful and our room was very cozy. We will be back again soon!

The room is generous/spacious with comfortable sofa and bed. Lovely view of autumn leaves from window. Decorated and cleaned to a good standard. Unlimited water and fruit available in corridor. Gym was so so but overall the hotel did what we needed it to.

Comfortable bed, good cookies but I think they run out of complimentary water, (bottles),because I just saw them at check in and never refilled them. They don't leave some in your room .You have to grab them on your way to your room.Believe me we checked several times and different hours. My son drinks a lot of water.
