Our place sleeps up to 16! Its a newly furnished coastal beauty! You will feel like you are at a private resort! Step outside to a unique custom made Tiki bar, a huge Hot Tub, as well as a heated, Salt water pool and waterfall. All this nestled on a 2 acres for endless privacy and seaclusion! The lanai is like a resort and everyone will love the huge TIKI when you are posting all your pics on social media!!
Where to SLEEP!? We have 4 bedrooms, and 3 1/2 baths. The house sleeps 16. The breakdown is 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 twin/full bunk, and 2 futons! Full access We will always be available via phone or text. If a problem arises we have resources local to call and can get maintenance help on the way!
Our Neighborhood is called Kensington Estates. Houses in our area have large private lots of approximately 2 acres or more. Most are surrounded by trees for a secluded type setting. There is not much traffic, and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. We want folks to have fun, but super loud music and large parties are not allowed. We want our guest to just be mindful of the neighbors and all will be fine.
There's plenty of parking with Inverness being the closest town. You are less then 10 minutes from Walmart, Lowe's, Olive Garden, Wendy's, a movie Theatre, TJ mAXX and Bells. Inverness has lots of cute shops downtown and food. Homosassa and Crystal River are a short 15-20 minutes and we go there all the time too. Plenty to eat and do. Lots of fun close by!
The area is laid back with lots of stuff to do! Go kayak, find the springs, manatees,ect. Go deep sea fishing or scalloping or even go hunt a wild hog! The outdoor adventures are endless around the nature coast!! BOOK THIS OUTSTANDING HOUSE NOW!!
