"it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy."

"I booked this place that was rated a 10/10 but only based on one person’s rating. So, I gave it a shot with some reservation. I am very pleased that I did, because it was a real gem. The property was amazing, right in the old part of Town with lots of charm. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. They made a great daily breakfast that was amazing. Their staff were as nice as the location. NO HESITATION to go back or recommend it to anyone. Great spot. "

"This was the finest stay at a hotel that my wife and I had here in Puglia. Raffaella and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. "This property surpassed my expectations, it is a converted palazzo, my room was spacious and comfortable with an immaculate and modern bathroom. The staff (not 24 hours) were friendly and helpful. A fabulous feature is the roof terrace where a generous breakfast was served (I was there in October and plenty warm to be outside). I booked this not knowing what to expect and was really impressed, I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend. Fantastic!"
