"The property is just beautiful overlooking mountains and fields in all directions. The accommodations were perfect for a family get away and being on a llama farm could not have made it more of an escape from the daily grind. The indoor salt water pool and jacuzzi were spacious and super fun for all ages. "I believe the house needs a porch light so when coming home at night you can see where the driveway is because it’s difficult to see especially when you do not know the area "

"The house was comfortable and perfectly located near the William Penn Inn. It was missing the futon so it sleeps 7 versus 8 but we had no problems. I would rent this one again. Excellent communication with the manager. Thank you for a great stay!"

"My husband grew up here and we wanted to visit our families. We just loved this property. I grew up on a farm and we had the same chickens growing up. I am a gardener and enjoyed looking at all of the trees and plants our host was growing on the property. My sister drove over from the finger lakes and we hosted a family dinner for her and my in-laws. It was . takeout from Spatola’s we just loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it. "We had an excellent stay! The property was extremely clean and accommodating, making our entire stay relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home. One note for future families: the daybed listed as a double futon is actually a twin, so it will only accommodate one person. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it's good to know for those that may need that. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again!"

"We enjoyed our stay! The inside of the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were lots of thoughtful amenities. The only small complaint is the recycling bin out front was overflowing and because of that there was trash on the ground. "

"We came to Phoenixville for a conference and were grateful for the spacious, comfortable spaces for relaxing after days filled with lectures. All the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well set up for light meals and breakfast preparation. Keypad Access was super easy and Tony was just a text away if something was needed. Close proximity to the many restaurants on Bridge Street and off-street parking were important components to this comfortable location. "
