A small apartment on the ground floor furnished in mountain style with an enclosed garden for the ideal apartment for your pets. In the garden with table, chairs and deck chairs there is a barbecue. Around various paths for walks that lead to Lake Ledro 1.2 km away near the Palafitte.È a valley that offers many holiday solutions. From the quiet on the lake to walks in the mountains from those with no difficulty to those complex for real climbers. The refuges serve typical dishes with cheap prices. In some you can also buy local products.

Absolut ruhig
Wir waren erst enttäuscht, dass die Unterkunft nicht wie in der Karte eingezeichnet in der Nähe des Sees lag, sondern Hausnummer 47 ca. 2km und ca. 100 Höhenmeter vom See entfernt. Dafür wurden wir jedoch mit einer sehr niedlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft belohnt. Die kleine Terrasse ist eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Direkt ggü. steht eine große Wiese mit Grillplatz zur Verfügung. Zum Essen abends sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren oder haben selbst gekocht. Emiliana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns auch mit Restauranttipps versorgte. Wer Ruhe fernab vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Man kann von dort aus auch direkt loswandern.

Sehr entspanntes Wochenende - sehr ruhige Lage, perfekt für ein ruhigen Aufenthalt. Riva del Garda ist circa 20 Minuten entfernt, so ist der Trubel nicht weit entfernt, sollte man unterm Tag was unternehmen wollen. Meine Hunde haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt, da die Wohnung direkt im grünen befindet, kann man da einen tollen Spaziergang unternehmen. Gerne wieder !

Tolle Unterkunft
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll dekoriert und hat alles, was für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Alles ziemlich neu und gepflegt. Liegt traumhaft schön oberhalb von Molina total im Grünen. Morgens wird man vom Kuckuck und sonstigen Vogelgezwitscher empfangen. Emiliana ist eine sehr reizende Person und macht die Übergabe persönlich! Für mich und meine beiden Hunde (eigener eingezäunter Bereich direkt vor der Wohnung) waren es 10 total schöne Tage!

Ruhe und Erholung!!
Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt bei Emiliana. Trotz schlechtem Wetter haben wir jede Sekunde genossen, der Kamin am Abend war super romantisch und gemütlich. Unterkunft absolut Hundefreundlich mit umzäunten Grundstück und zusätzlich Riesen Grünfläche und Spazierwege direkt vor der Haustür! Lieben Dank Emiliana, wir haben vor nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen!

Gelungener Kurzurlaub
Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Einziger Nachteil: das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Lage wunderbar wer gerne zu Fuß oder mit dem Bike unterwegs ist. Sehr herzlich eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Ankommen und Wohlfühlen ist hier absolut gegeben.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, nur die Obermieter hatte man ständig gehört was auf der Dauer sehr störend war. Auch nach dem wechseln der Mieter wurde es leider nicht besser, so das wir 4 Tage früher nach Hause gefahren sind. Wir wollten im Urlaub unbedingt mal ausschlafen. Sonst hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Urige kleine Kellerwohnung in traumhafter Lage
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen :) Auf den Bildern ist es nicht gut zu erkennen, dass die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss liegt. Darüber befindet sich noch eine Ferienwohnung, ebenso wie daneben. Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber für 2 Leute ausreichend. Außer morgens ist es in der Wohnung recht dunkel, aber meistens waren wir sowieso unterwegs. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft! Direkt am Waldrand, umgeben von satten Wiesen, die im Mai ein wahres Blütenmeer waren. Draußen hat man Blick auf die Berge, man ist weit genug vom Dorf weg, dass man den Autolärm nicht hört. Wer Ruhe in der Natur sucht, abseits vom Trubel des Gardasees, dem können wir diese Wohnung bestens empfehlen :)

Natur Pur und ein perfektes Home
Kontaktaufnahme und Treffen zur Schlüsselübergabe vorbildlich. Objekt mit allem ausgestattet. Ein Kamin macht die Atmosphäre perfekt. Eine wundervolle Umgebung lädt zu stundenlangen Wanderungen ein. Für unseren 4 Beiner waren eingezäunte Gartenbereiche direkt am Haus. Eine tolle Woche!

Die Wohnung hat voll unserer Erwartung entsprochen. Das einzige das bisschen ärgerlich war, ist das die Wohnung darüber sehr hellhörig ist. Die Geräusche unserer Obermieter waren nachts dann doch sehr störend. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend auch wenn wir uns nur mit dem Google Übersetzer verständigt haben.

Per chi ama la tranquillità ed il silenzio
La casa offre ogni confort ed il luogo sono come descritti, il contesto, nel quale è ubicata, è molto suggestivo, immersi nella natura. Per chi si reca con un cane al seguito c'è anche un piccolo cortiletto dove il nostro amico può scorrazzare in tutta sicurezza. Il paese dista ad appena un chilometro circa, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Unico neo è la strada molto stretta e se si ha la sfortuna d'incrociare un'altra macchina bisogna fare qualche manovra. Personalmente credo che il problema possa essere facilmente risolto disponendo di un senso unico dato che la strada prosegue e si ritorna a Molina di Ledro. La proprietaria è una persona disponibile e molto gentile. Certamente ritorneremo.

Baita caratteristica è immersa nel verde
La baita è molto carina. Piccolina, ma accogliente a tal punto che non pensi più agli spazi un po’ ridotti. Abbiamo potuto usufruire di un ampio giardino esterno, oltre a quello più piccolino è completamente recintato. I nostri due cani sono stati benissimo e per questo per noi è più che importante. L’unico neo è la strada per raggiungere la baita che è molto stretta, a tratti dovrebbe essere a senso unico e invece si sale e si scende da entrambe le direzioni di marcia e incontrandosi questo può creare disagio. Per il resto tutto fantastico. Si arriva facilmente dappertutto, ma è necessario avere la macchina.

Preis-Leistung nicht gerecht. Haus optisch total schön
Treffen mit dem Vermieter auf einem Hotelparkplatz (ist okay, er ist dann voraus gefahren um den Weg bergauf zu zeigen). Leider deutsche Sprache nur sehr schlecht, aber das nötigste ging mit Hände & Füße. Die Wohnung (unten) ist klein, aber wussten wir ja. Sauber ist sie auch gewesen. Allerdings schlecht bestückt was die Küche betrifft.. Keinen Toaster, Kaffeemaschine kann man das nicht nennen - man kann es auf eventuell italienischer Art machen mit dem Brühen aber Kaffeebohnen sind da nicht das richtige. Keine Müslischalen, Eierbecher, billiges Plastikkochbesteck was sich schnell verbiegt. Dafür eine Waschmaschine, einen minimal kaputten Kleiderständer. Was ich noch anmerken muss, Abreise steht bei Buchung bis 10.00 Uhr die Vermieterin spricht immer von 09.00 Uhr und da kommt wohl auch die Putzfrau, man sollte also da schon weg sein. Die Lage des Hauses ist recht ruhig, da es auf einem Berg ist wo nichts los ist weil man dort nichts machen kann. Also Auto ist immer notwendig. Preis-Leistung einfach zu teuer! Optisch ein mega Hingucker. Aber für den Preis kriegt man auch ziemlich nah am Wasser ein Haus / Wohnung
