"Overall this was a good stay. Upon arrival the lady on the desk was really friendly and got me checked in. I was on the 19th floor. Room was clean. Didn't have any noise disturbance overnight. The bed was comfortable. The bath was a bit slippy when I used the shower. The ventilation system seems to always make a noise even if it's meant to be off. The green light from the gas monitor wasn't great as it reflected through the glass bedside table. "

"We have stayed here before hence our choice, though not such a great night’s sleep this time. We were looking out onto the mall & from about 11pm -2am there was some sort of heavy plant outside constantly beeping & the guys working were shouting to each other - outside the hotels control but maybe something we should have been made aware of. We had to open all the windows as the air con didn’t work! In the morning we were woken at 6am with what sounded like fur being dragged rather than lifted...
