We had an issue at the start of our stay but the staff and management really did go above and beyond to resolve it. Have to give 4/5 in general with there unfortunately being an issue that needed to be fixed, but 5/5 for the staff and management. Thank you.

Great hotel in the very centre of Leeds. Lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Great base for shopping. 10-15 minute walk to First Direct Arena. Lady on the front desk who checked us in was lovely. Standard room was a great size and had everything required. Very clean. Breakfast was good quality with a wide choice to suit everyone. Gentleman who seated us for breakfast was curt and boarder-line unpleasant.
