The staff at this hotel absolutely lovely, particularly those in the restaurant. The restaurant was good and had some classic food which was great for kids. The room was really spacious which was great and it had a nice big bath. The mattress on the bed itself was probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on in my life in a hotel it was really saggy and hard at the same time and the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable too. Our son slept on the put me up on the floor and that looked more comfortable than our bed not want to complain about mattresses, et cetera, but I really needed to say this in this review. This was a convenient hotel for us, however because we were on our way to Scotland from London and it was exactly halfway. I wouldn’t stay here again but I am very grateful too. The welcome that we received from the staff here.

Wonderful hotel, the bed was so comfortable as were the pillows, we are actually going to buy for our home. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet. Best nights sleep i've had for a while. The receptionist was very nice and chatty when we booked in and helpful. i can't fault this hotel. We really liked it.
