"The setting was absolutely beautiful and the modern farmhouse was fantastic with all modern conveniences. It suited our family of grandparents, two sets of parents and three small children perfectly. There were gilgies in the dam and baby lambs next to the house. The outdoor fire was a hit with marshmallow roasting and we cooked up some farmhouse meals in the well appointed kitchen. "

The holiday home is in a great location, a very short walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the river mouth and coffee shop and restaurants.The home was very comfortable and well appointed. Augusta has loads to offer, fishing, swimming, site seeing, whale watching, nice walks and wineries. A recommended destination! "

"We had a lovely stay at Perry’s Place.Everything was as described and it was great for a week away. The yard was secure and it was great to be able to take our dog with us for a long weekend!If you have an EV or PHEV, there are no accessible power points unless you have a rated extension cord. There is a fast charger in town or at the colour patch cafe if you need to charge your car. "

"More space than we had predicted for a large group and very centrally located… whilst still having that feeling of being in the middle of nowhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is not “glamorous” accommodation by any means, so if you want to the more “rustic, lived in” style, this is perfect. "
