"Our shower made a high pitched screaming sound. We didn't have hot water for a day. The maintenance person tried to help, but it took a long time for us to get hot water back. We couldn't ask for a refund until the manager arrived back at the hotel the next morning. I've just decided it's better to go with hotel chains that are well-known for being great hotels. "

"Clean room. Ac worked great. There wasn’t a great breakfast and there wasn’t a microwave in the room. The ice machines on 2/3 of the levels didn’t work as well. Staff was kind though and the room served its purpose well. "

"Was what you'd expect from $80 a night the beds were comfortable enough. The pillows were very lumpy no housekeeping service no refreshing of soap or shampoo. Hairdryer had been removed. One of the lampshades was totally broken up. Ran out of lots of things by 8:30 at breakfast, which was served from 6:30 to 9:30. Certainly adequate for one or two nights if you're not picky"

"Lots of issues. I will highlight only the biggest issues. We stayed at this property because it had a pool and hot tub even though it was much further away from where we wanted to be. Got there to find they were drained. From the picture, it looks like a well stocked breakfast bar, but it was sad and lacking. The coffee machine was broken. (On the up side, the waffles were good.) Our bathroom door would not stay shut. I was at this hotel with my two adult children and one of their fiancé and none of us wanted the peep show! We also came back to find our bathroom flooded from the room above. All in all, I was disappointed in this stay."
