Awesome place.
At first we were skeptical about staying in a basement under a house but it was a very well furnished and clean comfortable place to stay! There were 5 adults in our group and it everything went great! Definitely recommend.

Beautiful yard
This property was so beautiful. The apartment is nice and clean and comfortable, but the yard area is what makes this unit special. We grilled burgers and ate outside on the grass. There were flowers every where and enough space for our family to play a game of wiffle ball. There were kittens roaming at around, they were so cute. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it looks really nice and I love that it’s big enough for a whole group. I highly recommend staying here, I’d come back any time!

Unfortunately we did not use the outside amenities. This was a great place to stay. The property was very clean. The beds were comfortable.Quiet neighborhood. The projection TV and 3D movies were great. Overall and excellent property. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing property!!
Excellent VRBO experience. This is the best basement apartment we've ever stayed in. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The accommodations were great, but the yard was next level. Cannot recommend this place enough! We'll definitely be returning!

Awesome for the family
If the vert ramp wasnt enough ... beautiful yard w fire pit and gravity chairs. Excellent gathering place w family and friends. 3D movies were a huge hit w kids and adults alike. So much fun. Great communication w host. Beautiful place to stay. We will be back.
