"The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks."

Below average breakfast; poor choice of menu, subpar quality breads and lack of potatoes and sausages. It should be a crime to charge 25 EUR per person for that. Do not drink water prepared in rooms unless you are member of hotel chain or they'll charge you 4.5 EUR for each bottle. "
