"We were upgraded to a one bedroom condo instead of the studio that we booked due to the a/c being out in the first building. It was a lovely surprise, the only caveat was that the elevator was out and we were on the third floor. But still a good trade off for us. The hot tub was also under repair. So despite the many mechanical issues that they have going on it was still a great place to stay in Asheville. Perfectly situated and very clean!"

"The front desk and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous throughout our stay. The rooms were among the most spacious we have ever stayed in. We had requested connecting rooms at the time of booking, and to our pleasant surprise, the hotel proactively assigned them the very next day and even followed up with a confirmation message. Their attention to detail and guest comfort truly stood out."
