You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Apartment 4 rear building

If you can enter you are in the cloakroom / hallway of the cozy apartment. From there you come into the kitchen with a view of the quiet courtyard. Incidentally, this is my favorite place in the apartment.
On the other side of the hallway you enter the living room. There is a large dining table and a pull-out day bed for up to 2 people.
The bedroom with a double bed that connects to the living room is still missing. There is a closet, a comfortable reading chair and also a pull-out day bed for 2 people. (160x200)

Große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht
Wohnung war recht komfortabel, ein bißchen hellhörig, letztlich beherrschbar. Ein paar Sachen (Türschlösser im Haus, Vorhanganbringung) sind ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch.

Zwei Zimmer, passend für 4 Personen. Schöner großer Esstisch. Die Kücheneinrichtung war etwas spartanisch, wenig Gläser, keine Salatschüssel, aber für 3 Tage ganz ok.

Sehr laut Baustelle Gerüst vor Fenster wurde nicht erwähnt. Zuviel Miete von fewo abgebucht
Fewo verheerend werden jetzt die Zuviel gezahlte Nacht per Anwalt zurückfordern. Baugerüst und Bauarbeiter direkt im Zimmer. In unmittelbarer Nähe Kneipen und dicos bis 4 Uhr. Für ältere Menschen komplett ungeeignet. Fewo werden wir Inicht mehr Nutzen. Die Verantwortung für die Zuviel abgebuchte Nacht wurde zwischen Vermieter und Organisation in 3 Schreiben hin und her geschoben.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Obwohl nur wenige Meter von einer belebten Strasse mit schönen Restaurants und netten Läden war es in dieser Seitenstrasse relativ ruhig. Wer sehr lärmempfindlich ist, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Bis und Bahn in nächster Nähe. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Für ein paar Tage in Leipzig hat man alles was man braucht. Unkompliziertes Check in, unkomplizierte, freundliche Kommunikation.
