Lakefront home ready for your vacation! Best spot on Rough River Lake!

You will not be disappointed with this fantastic location right on the water. Sit on the deck in the mornings or the evenings and enjoy the gentle slope and the tranquility of the water. And did we mention the sunsets…..

This 1800 square foot home has 3 BR, 2 BA and can sleep up to 10 people. There is 1 king bed, 2 queens, 1 full, 2 twins, bunk bed, a day bed and 4 new cots available for sleeping. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances including, refrigerator, dishwasher, range and counter top microwave. Sheets and linens provided. Direct TV satellite, landline, and Wi-Fi internet all provided. A full size washer and dryer is also available for use. We hope you enjoy your stay and would welcome any feedback you have for our cabin. We ask that everyone treat the place as it is your own. Northfork Beach- great for kids and the whole family is just a 1/4 mile away heading north. Don't forget about Little Dave's Pizza about 1/4 mile away heading south. And Tom and Al’s is only 1/4 mile heading north.

Best place to stay on Rough River
This is our 3rd time staying here. Has the best place to watch the sunsets. Directly on the lake. Plenty of room for everyone. Host is so thoughtful and has everything you could possibly want. Large back yard and easy access to dock to fish or swim. We have definitely made this our home away from home. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Home is spotless and has everything you need. Will DEFINITELY be back!!

Can't beat the view or access to the lake
Our two families had a wonderful time at this lake house during our week long stay. The hosts have thought of everything to make it a fun and comfortable vacation. The sunsets from the deck are amazing and the easy access to the lake is hard to beat, especially for our young kids. We will be back!

Annual Girls trip to the Lake
This is our second time staying here. We love it here. Beautiful sunsets and great fishing off the dock. Lots of room in the house. Love the big screen tvs in all the rooms. Recently remodeled and looks TERRIFIC.

Awesome view
This place is absolutely the BEST. It has everything you need or want. Location is perfect. Its very clean and homey. The view and ease of walking down is great. I would recommend this place to everyone. The owner is fabulous and so quick to respond. This is a DEFINITE 10 star rating. We have finally found a perfect home for our girls weekend.

We just returned from our 3rd stay here, ready to book the 4th!
Just look at the view from the back porch! Not only does it have a great view but the house itself is clean and stocked well. There is room for everyone here! We really enjoyed the kayaks and swimming from the dock. We stayed the weekend before the 4th of July and the state dock had fireworks on Saturday. We decided not to go out because of the weather forecast but we were able to see the fireworks from our back porch. Looking forward to coming back again next year.

We loved it! Great location! Lots of room. Loved the lake access, views, covered porch, and fire pit! Only down fall, trying to get out of the drive, lots of traffic, made it very difficult with a truck and boat trailer. Would be nice to have a turn around added.

Great little get away!
Great Lake weekend with friends- the house is older but had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The view and proximity of the lake is the star of this property! I imagine in the summertime it’s more than ideal to spend all your time on the lake- right outside your back door! We enjoyed sitting around the bonfire pit viewing the lake!

The place was great - this was our first stay at Vrbo and it was awesome - the place was plenty big - eve thing you might need was there and more - the extras were plentiful - fire pit with wood grill with gas and tools rooms with everything you need - extra blankets - canoe kayaks with oats and a kids life jackets - nothing was left out - we already recommended the place to 3 of our friends and one plans to book in the next couple weeks - we also plan to come back next summer - again book this and you will NOT be disappointed

10 adult women stayed here for our annual girl's trip. Over the last 20 years we have stayed at many houses on Nolin Lake or at Rough River and we all agreed this house matched our needs better than any other; plenty of sleeping and seating accommodations, a covered deck, fire pit, and AMAZING views! The owners were very responsive and have a wonderful piece of property. We are already planning next year's trip to this same location. Can't wait!!

This rental Property is absolutely amazing!! Just bring clothes and food and you are set! Back yard has very small slope.My 85 year old grandma got down to dock just fine with just holding onto my arm! We can't wait to be able to come back! Highly highly recommend! Sleeps 12 comfortably! Deck has plenty of room for everyone!

Gorgeous Property
We celebrated my 40th birthday and could not have asked for a more beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Conveniently located, gorgeous views, and the first VRBO I’ve ever stayed in that went above and beyond to prepare for guests! (I’ve been using VRBO for years - maybe 10?)
