"Stayed 6 nights. Convenient location, easy access to Amsterdam Central via tram line 14 which was a 2min walk away (Artis). Tram line 1 was also easily accessible. Albert Heign supermarket was a 5 min walk away. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen facilities all in working condition. Mikael checked us in and was very helpful with assistance/queries and booking transport to the airport. Overall a lovely stay. Highly recommended."

"Good location for transport and walkable to shopping, trips and sights. Only thing dropping the rating was we were at the front of the building and it was noisy overnight. We were woken every night 2-3 times by noise from the streets. Otherwise great location and helpful staff. "

"Loved the property — clean and quiet in that area. Bus to central station was nearby. Design of toilet floor could be better though. It was flooding as the water wasn’t directed to the drain and it flowed out of the toilet into the common area but nothing a towel can’t stop. Property was really pretty! Would stay again "

Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep.. "We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The apartment was located very conveniently for museums and galleries, as well as the proximity to the tram and restaurants. The neighbourhood is also a lovely place to wander about and felt safe during the evening (though, you take your life in your hands crossing the cycle lane). The owners are clearly still working on the property as there was a lot of banging and hammering at 7am which may not be ideal if you've had a late night or like to sleep in....

"This is our second time staying at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. Easy to get around, clean rooms, and an overall good atmosphere. The only con is that I wish there were better coffee options available as opposed to having to go to the coffee barista in the morning so we usually got our coffee while we were out but other than that it was great."

"Great location, competitive price, cool vibe and friendly staff. We arrived on a really early morning flight to Amsterdam and as such as arrived at the hotel before check in. A room was ready and the staff allowed us in early which was much appreciated. The room was on the small side, but clean and well-furnished. Would definitely stay again."

"It was very convenient to the train station. The rooms were large, and the kitchen was great! We just picked things up at the grocery store and put them in the oven. There were some restaurants close, but we chose to just eat in the room. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. There’s not a coffee maker in the room, but there is a coffee downstairs and it’s relatively inexpensive."
