"We stayed at this property for the annual Toowoon Bay ocean swim and it was a great spot due to the location being walking distance to the beach. Self contained so it was easy to make meals with even some provision of basic long life goods (tinned foods/spices) which we didn’t use but great to be on offer. The house is small but just what is required, 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, bathroom with laundry facilities, dining and lounge with an outdoor seating area. It was very clean and modern, felt...

"We had a great stay at Barry’s. The cottage itself is very new a modern, with great amenities. Such a beautiful location with surrounding farms and we were able to roam around the property. Barry also dropped down firewood that we could use also, which was a great touch. Highly recommend this stay! "

"What an amazing find! We were looking for a holiday house to spend a quiet new years. This cottage is charming and exactly as the photos show! Everything is really high quality! From the bed and linen to the bath towels, to the appliances in the kitchen, we were not in want of anything. Plus the hosts left us a welcome basket of goodies! We will definitely be back again! "We loved our stay and weren’t ready to leave! The beds are super comfy, and the shower has great water pressure. Everything from the tastefully finished interiors to the lovely backyard was just perfect and makes this a wonderful home to stay at. Catherine Hill Bay is a must to visit, it’s quaint and rich with history. We will definitely be returning again soon!"

"Thank you so much Leah and Dee for creating such a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment. The view, ducks, sunrise and sunset were enough to wow us, but it was the extra level of detail you go to which really set's you apart from the rest. We couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary, it was absolutely perfect! The one downside would be the accessibility to the property being down a steep staircase, I would advise to pack light for ease of bringing...

"Fantastic accoms. Beautiful and conveniently located , yet just enough off the busy areas to have your own little bit of awesome to enjoy. Main house is fresh and clean with nice breezes from east and west. The Boathouse Cottage is beyond expectations and is a must for family or larger groups. You won’t regret hiring. Bruce is straightforward and pleasant to deal with either by msg or old school phone call. Highly recommended."

"A rustic nature experience.. clean & comfortable.. the night sky is spectacular. Signage to get there is good.. due to recent rain the road up is a bit rough (glad we were in AWD Volvo).. definitely for nature lovers"
