"We traveling back home to USA after a 2 week vacation in Sicily. Lovely hotel great location! The only bummer our Google map took us through the small city streets which took at least an hour to find. The same was true of the parking. "This property feels like it's been updated in some parts. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom looks like it may be the part they didn't upgrade on, they smelled musty. Besides the bathrooms the place is a very nice choice to stay in. It's very central and walkable to all the highlights to see in the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. I would stay at this property again!"

"The property has to be considered within the price, which is the lowest I paid in Sicily. For that it is reasonable. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There was parking which I appreciated. But, the place was quite run down - mould and flaking paint etc. No breakfast, and the closest shop you have to walk on a terrifying road with no pavement where you think every car might run you down. But, the price is certainly fair. Best for solo travellers."

"Great location, large room, amazing staff! Only some music noice on Saturday night from the surrounding bars and restaurants lasted till 2 am. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but make sure to ask for earplugs if you’re staying on Saturday! Everything else was great!!"

"First of all, don’t be put off by the exterior and the area as it does look rough and dirty. However, the hotel itself is fine, even if a little dated. Just make sure you ask for a room at the rear. Sadly we didn’t and ended up with a room right above the front door and it was so noisy. For one night, it was fine but I would not have been able to put up with it for any longer. Breakfast was fine, but a little limited."

"Hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Communication prior to arrival and check in was excellent. We arrived a bit later than expected, and we were greeted and taken care of by Marina. The hotel staff even arranged airport transfers for us. We stayed in a studio, everything was very clean and well equipped. Would recommend if staying in Catania!"

"We chose to stay here for our stay in Catania instead of centre of city. Room with a balcony facing the ocean was a highlight of our stay which wouldn't have been possible in the city. Location was 15 minute walk to metro and 2 stops to city centre for 1 euro versus 15 euro cab ride. Front staff were very friendly, room was decent size, modern with many light options. Black-out power blinds were great to have at sunrise. Shower was very spacious but rest of bathroom very tight. Nice to have...
