"Ok hotel basic but clean good breakfast"

"We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

"Great property in the middle of the wine routes in Alsace. Great customer service, rooms are clean and well maintained. I was there with my family including 2 small children. Would recommend this for all travelers. Restaurant was amazing, great food and service. All the noteworthy places in the Alsace region are within a short drive. Overall great experience! "

"The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."

"We stay here overnight en route to Italy as it is convenient being just off of the main road. We have done the same now for 15 years, and have always stayed at this property. It is starting to look a little tired and dated from the outside nowadays, but the rooms are still clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and good shower facilities. Breakfast is ok, but there aren't as many options as there used to be. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Parking is easy. It is an easy drive into...

"C était notre second séjour dans cet hôtel. Si le premier s était fort bien déroulé il y a 2 ans ce ne fut pas le cas de celui-ci. L hôtel est de + en + vétuste, la literie est un véritable trampoline, les toilettes sont collées au mur ne laissant pas de place aux jambes. Spots du plafond cassés, poubelle de chambre non vidée, piscine sale pleine de sable ( un petit contrôle de l Ars ne serait pas du luxe), plus de chaussons fournis pour le spa sous prétexte de mesure eco-responsable alors qu'il...

"If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay"
