"Arrival at property did not like the fact that there is no bathroom in the bedroom . Bathroom was down stairs and you can smell urine it so bad urine burnt my eyes. It was not conducive for my family . We left and send an email to customer care which was provided and no one provide a follow up email or phone call "

"It was OK and reasonably comfortable for one overnight stay. The room was very cold, without apparent thermostat adjustment. The bathroom floor was very cold and my room was in an annex, not as in the advertised photo. It was quiet and the breakfast was good. Staff were very professional and extremely polite. "

"I was not informed where to park my car and there was nobody at the desk when I wanted to check out. Breakfast was good. I could have eaten dinner at the hotel but I wasn’t informed about the rooftop restaurant. I was happy with my room. Bedlinen were very comfortable and I could open the window to have a cool breeze into the room at night. Some newly built hotels don’t have windows that can open. I never stay a second night in such hotels. Thanks Klubben - I’ll be back!"
