"We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is well located. Walking distance to many sites and great transport links to the wider area. The hotel itself looked great and was really well looked after. "It would have been an overall great experience except for the manager not responding to my needs. I left messages and an email regarding a breakfast refund for 2 days for 2 people which i paid for.
