"Fantastic hotel, the staff was very nice and accommodating. Ski shop had great rental options and equipment was in very good condition. Ski room was nice and lockers had plenty of room for all gear for 2 people. Ate at Altayaki the first night and it was very good. Breakfast buffet was also amazing every morning. "This hotel is a practical ski hotel on the slopes. Generally, it is fine, it has a good spa and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was catastrophically bad. In addition to this we had a very surreal experience when there was veal on the menu and we were instead served turkey. Staff argued at length that it was veal. I have never had such an experience in my life before. The senior staff went to great lengths to make up for it but the food was really terrible every day....

"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady."
