We loved our time here. We came in summer, and the water park adjacent was pretty great, even though the wave pool was down for repairs on the day we went. We also walked 5 min to the escalators up to 1650 to eat. This was really nice not to use the car. All employees were great, but especially Ali for valet parking and Claire at reception helped us very much. My only small complaint is that I am very sensitive to scents and get headaches and the hotel makes liberal use of fragrances. I wish they toned it down a bit. But otherwise great. Breakfast was outstanding too.

unfortunately on the second night of our stay from 3am on an another guest in a room below us decided to have a party with extremely loud music. i called the hotel staff but he couldn’t do anything apparently the other guests were more important customers than we were, as they had reserved multiple rooms, the whole thing lasted until 5am,
The day after and on checkout we did not receive any appologies whatsoever, i didn’t expect this kind of behavior from such a place. we lost a night of sleep out of our 3 night stay.
