Great hotel for kids, so much for them to do. The rooms are not the cleanest the carpets need a good hoover. Bathrooms clean but tea/coffee toilets tools etc not replenished you need to ask for more. The shuttle bus is terrible, 1 bus to 4 hotels so everyone pushes and shoves to get on. This unfortunately does put you off going back to such a great hotel. I did however really enjoy our stay, the swimming is just great along with the softplay and outdoor play area. Breakfast is basic but does the job for what you pay.
