"A wonderful property and lovely hosts. Elizabeth and Jean-Christian went out of their way to welcome us. A great selection of maps and tourist information on hand for your days out. The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"

"Booked at last minute for a short break with a friend. House had everything we needed for our stay. Owner lives in part of house next door but he keeps himself to himself and left us to it so it isn't an issue. Great location to discover places in the area. Only downside is nothing in walking distance for the evenings so you have to rely on a car but otherwise great."

"A very friendly and helpful host who set us up andade us feel very welcome. The house itself is well set up and is a great space for a family. It's a town house and faces a fairly busy road, but it's close to the seafront and we weren't aware of passing traffic once inside. It was a very rainy week so we didn't use the courtyard much but it look like a pleasant space for outdoor eating. Altogether a great town house over several floors."

"Very French, lovely setting and full of 'antique' toys and charm. A bit of a hike to carry stuff from the car to the property as front gates permanently locked - across the large garden and up stairs. We didn't realise that sheets, quilt cover and towels weren't provided, but fortunately we carry our own lightweight bedding - and Mr Sabatier fetched us towels. Nothing in Angerville-la-Martel, but we were focused on Fecamp and Etretat nearby, so it was fine for 3nights."

"I will get negatives out of the way first, the listing says this is a working dairy farm however there is just a few cows and one pig. The grandchildren were looking forward to learning and watching milking etc but there was no opportunity to do this. Also we were told we could use the hot tub and pool when the weather improved however both were not ready for use in the 2 weeks we were there. "This house was a great size and it was pretty clean, but there was a musty smell and one of the couches was in bad shape. There was no washing machine sadly. It was a good size house and it was five minutes from a large grocery store and laundromat, and 15-20 minutes walk to the restaurants."

"The property was just what we were looking for with plenty of space inside for the family to chill with a good internet connection. It was clean and everything we needed was at hand. There is a large Carrefour 5 minutes walk, the beach, quay and restaurants within 15 minutes. We had a relaxing time. We made our journey by train and found the whole experience straight forward."

"Our second stay here and again found it a great base to explore the region. Just a 10 minute drive to a beach and the same to get to Dieppe itself. Once again we were getting 10 hours sleep a night as it's so warm, quiet and dark. No WiFi as we know to buy didn't ask and our Networks.meant we were off-grid most of the time too. "A part le volume de la salle a manger et la cuisine. Le logement est très sale, toiles d araignee datant de mois voir année . Les chambres sont sales et a fuir si vous faîtes des allergies.
