"Definitely rustic! There is no air conditioning, so on days with little breeze you will want to close the shutters on the sunny side and be in the pool. There are two buildings separated by a covered patio, so plenty of privacy for couples. Our family of 9 was not at all crowded. The property is far enough from town that cell service was spotty at best. The only issue we faced was the internet was out (animal damage to the line!) and it took several days for the "cable guy" to get there....

There were some things that we would have considered ‘essentials’ that were not provided - like towels, extra garbage bags, dish and hand soap, extra toilet paper. "Really enjoyed the property. Quaint villa property off the beaten path in the beautiful town of Gordes. Perfect location to explore the area. House is very comfortable and in great shape. Off season so didn't get to enjoy the pool but would be the perfect place to relax . Owner was very helpful and nice. "

We spent 12 days there at the end of September/early October. The place is extremely well situated in a beautiful bucolic setting and very close to many key sites to visit in the Luberon.
