"The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"

"Loved it here. Don’t normally leave reviews for hotels but I had a great time here, the setting of the hotel is amazing right by the beach and near the marshes. Rooftop bar and the restaurant were amazing. The staff really looked after me. Will stay again for sure."

"Do not be deceived by the "double bed" it is a normal King size ...but they used the French word "double". Although the bedroom is pretty small, it was sparkling clean and the breakfast buffet was fantastic (small viennoiseries, ham, cheese, eggs, real OJ...) This hotel is run by the on-site managers and they take pride in their property. I highly recommend"

"Good place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff and the pool area was lovely. Unusual cleaning schedule I.e. between 3:30 and 6:30pm when you might be resting or getting ready to go to dine. Wi-Fi connection somewhat unreliable. Bus stop just at the end of the road for local trips to beautiful Bormes les Mimosas Village. Very quiet and safe. Good air conditioning in rooms. Close to some lovely beaches some with blue flags. Thank you."

Pure luxury.

"This was hands-down the most luxurious and well run hotel I have ever stayed in. Only 12 rooms. The building was exquisite and incredibly decorated. The outside space was hidden from public view noise. Non-hotel guest were not allowed into or onto the property until after 7 PM. The pool included beautiful lounge, chairs and canopied lounge beds. The outside bar was beautiful. The cocktails were well-made and the wine list was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night , and it was the best meal we had in Saint Trope. All Staff members were professional and friendly and I was pampered like I have never been. Each day gifts were left in my room. Canvas bags, luggage tags, room freshener,. The bathroom was huge. The toilet was in the foyer away from the bedroom and showering area. The bathtub was large enough for three people, and there were even bath salts on the side of the tub. There were two very large closets. The mini bar was incredibly well stocked and was included in the room. The breakfast was unbelievable. Freshly squeezed juices and a basket of to die for bread and pastries. Any type of coffee, including alternative milks, which were important to me. I worked with the assistant manager Fanny to arrange a day on a catamaran that was exquisite. She also arranged a wine tasting at a nearby winery. This included a private picnic in the vines. I can’t say enough and want to go back immediately. "
