Belle région et appartement confortable

L'appartement est bien situé, à l'écart de la circulation mais à 700m d'un supermarché et d'une boulangerie. Il est correctement équipé, calme, avec un balcon qui donne sur un espace vert agréable. Le seul inconvénient c'est l'entrée: une porte avec digicode et un étage à monter avant d'atteindre l'ascenseur.
