Un bruit de canalisation permanent toute la nuit avec impossibilité de dormir ! Le directeur de l’établissement qui est à la réception ne s’est pas excusé pour le désagrément. Il a pris mon mail et mes numéros de cartes bleue en me disant qu’il procéderait à un remboursement dans la journée. Je n’ai rien eu et il ne répond pas à mes mails, bien sûr. Un scandale a 80€ la nuit de manquer autant de face, d’empathie et de professionnalisme.

Très bonne communication pour notre arrivée et très bon accueil, belle salle pour le petit déjeuner. Situation parfaite de l’hôtel très proche du remblai. La chambre était calme et le lit confortable.

Chambre d’hôtel extrêmement bruyante, salle de bain très peu éclairée et la VMC ne fonctionne pas ou est insuffisante, réception réseau téléphonique très faible. Accueil à peine aimable. Heureusement que j’avais un véhicule électrique sinon, il n’y avait pas de place à mon arrivée malgré la réservation faite par téléphone. Pas à la hauteur d’un *** et du prix ! La seule chose positive est la borne de recharge électrique
