"We really enjoyed this place. Room is quite small but in a cozy sort of way. We took the downstairs room with the terrace which meant that for most of the time we were sitting outside. Bed is very comfortable. What really makes the place is the owner who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome in a very unintrusive way. Also highly recommend her scrambled egg. Something that the listing doesn't make clear is that parking is really easy. The place is a hamlet with just 2 houses and the road...

"This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. The room was compact which was tricky as we had lots of skiwear but this was more than made up for by the hot tub, sauna, steam room and ski lockers with boot warmers!
