"The staff were great as is the case in most of Bali. Hot Springs were just the best. Rooms were clean and comfy bed, but no air con, which wasnt a problem for us. Only other negative was no hot water in shower but if you spend 3 hours in the hot springs like me, who needs a shower."
"My mom had a knee injury and wasn't able to walk without crutches or wheelchair. The staff went all above and beyond to accommodate her and ensure she was OK. They were able to get us the closest room to the parking lot and were exteemely helpful ensuring she got there safe. The view is stunning, the facilities are extraordinary, the food is also good.
