THE HOUSE HAS CENTRAL HEAT AND AIR, FIREPLACE & WOOD HEATER. 3 NICE-SIZED BEDROOMS, ONE WITH A FULL-SIZE FIREPLACE, PLENTY OF CLOSET SPACE WITH LARGE WINDOWS WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. 1 EXTRA LARGE BATHROOM WITH SHOWER & TUB, AND 1 BATHROOM WITH SHOWER ONLY. THE LIVING & DINING ROOMS BOTH HAVE HARDWOOD FLOORS, WOOD BURNING HEATERS & LARGE WINDOWS TO LET IN PLENTY OF SUNLIGHT. THE KITCHEN HAS A MOUNTAIN ROCK FLOOR WITH A GAS COOK STOVE, DISHWASHER AND REFRIGERATOR. THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS OFF OF THE KITCHEN AREA WITH A WASHER & DRYER. THE DEN AREA IS A STEP DOWN FROM THE DINING ROOM & MORE LARGE WINDOWS FOR A GREAT VIEW.
