"Employees were very friendly and helpful. Nice and comfy room. Good shower. Loved the biscuits with the tea in the room and excellent breakfast. Great location too. No air conditioning but came in winter."

"I was initially put off booking this hotel due to some of the reviews on it but needed affordable accommodation near the West End so just went for it. I'm glad I did.
