Just 4 km from Lesperon, where you'll find a range of amenities (including bar-tabac, newsagent, bread store, small grocery store, post office), this tastefully renovated vacation home, nestled in an Airial in the heart of the Landes forest, offers the ideal setting for relaxing and sharing special moments with friends and family ...


Built on an R+1 floor plan, it is structured as follows:

- On the first floor, a 75 m2 patio opens onto the 1000 m2 private garden, which includes :

. An 8-person lounge with a library and a wide selection of reading material for young and old alike

. A kitchen area, equipped with induction hob and double sink, a buffet with crockery for 8 people and a 35 m2 dining room.

. A 35 m2 play area with a “piou piou” drawing area, a table with board games and a chest of drawers full of surprises for young and old alike.


Finally, still on the ground floor, you'll find a 20 m2 laundry room adjoining the kitchen area, with a washing machine, an American fridge-freezer and a tumble dryer where you can store suitcases and other bulky items.


From the ground floor, an entrance leads to a hall with a storage box for shoes, for example.


A staircase with handrail and safety gate leads to the first floor, a cosy 140 m2 nest comprising :

- Upstairs, a vast 70 m 2 living room offering an idyllic panorama of the Landes forest with :

. A living room with a connected TV where you can enjoy Netflix or Canal Plus programs, and a 360° wood-burning stove.

. A second living room that also sleeps two, where you can read and play in complete serenity.

. A 20 m2 kitchen fully equipped with an induction hob with integrated hood, a double sink, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a traditional oven, a microwave oven and its china cabinet with everything you need for 8 people.

. Dining room and pantry

. A powerful air-conditioning system that can cool or heat the whole room and the bedrooms.

. A 25 m2 water-themed bedroom with 3 beds (a Queen size bed and a 90x190 single bed), with double dressing room.

. A 16 m2 sun-themed bedroom with 3 beds (a Queen-size bed and a 90*200 single bed) and a dressing room.

. A bathroom with double washbasin, walk-in shower and balneotherapy bathtub, with an auxiliary toilet.

All the rooms in the house have been renovated using entirely ecological materials, and are insulated with 30 cm of wood fiber on the eaves and 20 cm on the walls, as well as all the partitions in each room, providing remarkable sound and thermal comfort.

The doors are also soundproofed to ensure privacy for everyone in the home.

Pets are welcome, subject to certain conditions and rules. A deposit is required by bank imprint only, and a cleaning service is available as an optional extra.


A shuttle service to the DAX train station, at a cost of €60.00 per person per journey, is also available, as well as local produce for sale on site.

Breakfast is available every day for 8 euros per person upon reservation.
Linen provided except bath sheets, hand towel and towels for 10 euros.
