"Very welcoming and friendly staff. They did everything they could to make it an enjoyable stay for me. Goran was incredibly kind and made sure I got some dinner when I arrived late one evening. The hotel is in a beautiful setting in a quiet little town up the mountain. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Wonderful apartment. However be careful booking ‘premium apartment’ as we booked the 1356 sq ft apartment and were given keys for the 700 sq ft apartment. No staff on duty when we arrived so spent first night in smaller apartment, which was very disappointing as we only had 3 nights and had driven for 2 days to get there. Otherwise highly recommend "

"We prepaid for room but hotel insisted we had not paid despite showing them proof, even our credit card statement with the charge listed. It took over an hour at checkout to resolve this matter otherwise they would have charged our card for incidentals the entire room price again. Breakfast was terrible. We had to make up the beds for our children ourselves. The resort has many amenities and is walking distance to a tiny Town with a couple restaurants. Beautiful area."

"Booking through Expedia was a little confusing how to check in. The property is managed and run from the hotel next door. There are also hidden costs which only become apparent when checking in. The apartment was nice and well laid out, my only critique was the road noise woke us every morning from 4am. "The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and decent, and the breakfast was good with a nice selection. However, the beds were a major downside. They were extremely hard and felt very worn out, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. It’s definitely time for the hotel to replace the mattresses. Aside from that, the stay was fine."
