"Our whole family really enjoyed our stay at Gite31. The views are fabulous, the pool warm enough to swim in all weathers, the gite is very well-equipped and the wood burner was most welcome on the cooler days. Our daughters loved the pool, the swing and the PlayStation and we enjoyed the stunning sunsets, the games and the Netflix access. "Lovely gite in a nice village. Good base for exploring the surrounding areas. Michel was very easy to contact and very flexible with our needs. Garden was spectacular. Only recommendation would be for another comfortable sofa/armchair as for a family of 5, one settee wasn’t quite enough. Overall a great stay, would recommend!"

"Peaceful, remote, cosy, romantic, well equipped. This is exactly what we wanted for our mini-honeymoon in late summer. Dream view and location. Loved the two hot and cold spa baths, the comfortable bed/pillows, and the cooking utensils. Strongly recommend buying all groceries in advance, the closest shops are a 20 min drive down long windy narrow roads (including essentials - oil, salt, sugar etc.) We cooked all of our own meals, so happy to not have to go into town. "The house is very beautiful and cozy. It has a wonderful rustic charm. The outdoor space is lovely. There is a patio with table and chairs and a small yard. And there is a small balcony on the second floor with a stunning view. The host and property manager were very helpful and quick to respond! "The outside of the property is lovely. The pool is fabulous with a good seating area, however, we did have to clean the pool ourselves which we've never had to do at any other property we have rented. The interior of the house is very old and could do with having a thorough clean. There were a lot of cobwebs and some of the kitchen utensils weren't very clean. "You cannot go wrong if you choose this place. Marie-Ange was so gracious and made us feel so welcomed. She prepared a lovely aperitif of salmon bread melon and Sangria. The place is clean well furnished and the neighborhood is very safe and walkable. Her garden is beautiful, and sitting on the terrace is very enjoyable. Many cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Same for a full grocery store about 8 minutes walk. You will have a friend for life."
