This two bedroom, two bathroom condominium on the 2nd floor will fit all of your vacation needs! Each bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom. The living room, adjacent dining area and kitchen are comfortably furnished. Sit on the screened balcony after a day at the beach with a good book!

Enjoy the community recreational amenities (tennis, swimming and jogging paths). Take pleasure in the restaurants, bakery and salon all within the community of Five Points. Public transportation is available on site. Reach local beaches and shopping without getting into your car! Jump on the new bike path and go for a spin into downtown Lewes where you can enjoy ice cream, shopping and dining! Five minutes from Cape Henlopen State Park and beach as well as Rehoboth shopping outlets just a few miles away.

This property is available with a three night minimum all year long. Please ask your agent for details.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

We all have been very happy with our stay. The condo is spacious and clean. The only suggestion I have is to wash the pillow cases and comforter more frequently. The location is not in walking distance to the beach, but you can walk to the supermarket, restaurants

Girls weekend
Condo was nice and quiet. Not a lot to do in the town. Linens were a significant add on charge and no initial paper products supplied. Also the temperature was preset to owners liking and we continued to wake up hot throughout the night. So sleep was an issue. Check in process was easy and realtors were sweet.

great place to stay located to many things and pool was great too , walking distance to alot nearby
It was great, we loved how it is in its own little area and things are very close to walk to, very clean, pool was great and plenty big. kids loved the walking areas around the pond and we would definitly stay here again. Just love this location!

Nice, but…
Convenient location with nice size 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Unfortunately poor cleaning prior to our arrival impacted our overall rating. Dirty towels were left on bathroom bars, dirty water left in keurig, eating utensils thrown into a drawer, and more. Two sofas in living room: one covered with a torn comforter & the other had a frame that moved & squeaked as if it was ready to break & that was with 2 average size adults. Better cleaning service & replacement of sofas may improve one’s overall stay.

Relaxing long weekend
Great location to Lewes Beaches, easy drive to Rehoboth, despite weekend traffic. Everything was easy with this rental property from check- in to check- out (all done outside of normal business hours) and via email. Condo easy to find, ample parking in front of building, Very clean, bedrooms each had en-suite bathroom, kitchen well stocked with Keurig and anything you would need. Nice to sit out in the screened in porch in am with a cup of coffee. Although multiple condos on the development, area was very quiet and felt safe. Can easily walk to the pool (it was large, plenty of loungers available), tennis courts, restaurants, stores which are on the property. Plenty of excellent seafood and other restaurants, shopping, grocery stores nearby. Although we love the boardwalks at Rehoboth and Bethany, this was a nice change of pace and more leisurely, relaxing weekend. Will certainly keep it on our list to return.

Charming rental perfectly located
This was a cute place -- compact, efficient use of space, and it included everything I needed. I loved the screened in porch for an early morning coffee, to do some work, and also to relax a bit after a day out. The property was conveniently located to downtown Lewes, the Lewes beach, bike path, restaurants, a grocery store, and it was also just a short drive to the Rehoboth beach. The view from the condo was out onto a parking lot which wasn't super scenic but all other aspects of the facility made up for it. I will definitely book this rental in the future.
