On the first floor, you'll also find a luxurious master bedroom with an attached bathroom, offering ultimate privacy and comfort. Additionally, there is a half bath conveniently located on the first floor for your convenience.

Stayed here for opening weekend of Keeneland. 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Very clean and accommodating. Really enjoyed the game room/garage. Communication with the owners was easy/simple. Will likely book again for the Fall meet and also next Spring.

Great Stay for Visiting Bourbon Trail
This house was perfectly located for visiting Lexington area bars and nightlife, and for distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. It has everything you need to relax and have fun. Kitchen is well-equipped and spacious for navigating meals for many people. The living area has comfortable seating for sipping morning coffee, chatting with your friends/family, or reading a book. Nearby, you can take a walk and explore some beautiful homes in the area. Seth was great at communicating and quick to respond to our needs. Highly recommend this place!

The house was as advertised and just perfect for our girlfriend getaway to Lexington. The house is located. Just a short distance to restaurants, grocery stores and events. Kentucky Bourbon Trail Trip 2023
I can’t enough great words about Seth. He is the ultimate and best property manager EVER!!! The house is wonderful and clean and in a great location. Lots of fabulous restaurants nearby and some of the best distilleries are nearby. Thank you Seth for making our trip a smooth process and you were so helpful. Loved this house and location
I stayed here with a group of 12 senior friends. We absolutely loved it! The house is very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Beds were cozy, plenty of bathrooms, never ran out of hot water. The seating areas were nicely arranged and we made good use of the large table and kitchen counter. This house is close to so many restaurants, shopping, Keeneland, and more. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect base for our Bourbon Trail tour
Four couples stayed here for three nights as we enjoyed the Bourbon Trail, as well as the KY Horse Park and the yearling sale at Keeneland. The set-up of the house was perfect, with en-suite bathrooms, open interior, jacuzzi & game room in the garage. We particularly enjoyed the fire table on the back patio, as it took the chill off the cool fall nights as we enjoyed conversations in the perfect conditions. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Great okace
We thought it would just be me and my husband except for 1 night of babysitting nephews…but they loved it so much more than anticipated. They were over 3 nights instead of - night. Can’t blame them…they loved football, ping pong and the pool table. We Loved it all… We would love to stay the next time we fly into check on our big sister-in-law A+++. It was also kind of the hosts to roll the canna back into place without mentioning it. Loved it all. We cannot wait to return.

Wonderful House in Lexington!
We were celebrating our sister's 80th (who lives in Lexington) and the rest of us are from MO. We needed beds for 3 couples and 2 singles. This house suited perfectly with the bed and bathroom setup! Luckily 5 bedrooms (and no twins and bunks like so many rentals have). That is not suitable for us. There is a thermostat on both levels to keep you comfortable upstairs and downstairs. Great TV's in most all of the bedrooms as well as the LR. The house is quite large and beautifully decorated. And we appreciated that the house is built with high quality materials inside The bathrooms were all beautiful and finished very nicely with marble and heavy duty shower doors. Plenty of towels provided. The lighting is nice and bright everywhere, unlike some places. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table is huge and lots of counter space. There is plenty of room in the drive way for at least 4 cars, and there is a nice outdoor seating area with a gas firepit which we enjoyed. The garage is a total game room perfect for adults OR kids. The hot tub is very nice and just outside the back door on the patio. We were so happy to have these nice amenities along with a nice house. Directions for check in and check out were very clear and the communication from the property manager was the best we have ever experienced! We highly recommend this house for your stay. We would definitely go back there the next time we need to stay in Lexington.

Perfect for Girls Trip!
Enjoyed a four day stay with nine college friends from the ‘70s! This comfortable house was well appointed and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home (although the kitchen could use more wine glasses). The open main floor provided ample opportunities for playing games, watching movies, lively conversation and dining. The patio fire table was cozy on cool Fall evenings and the game room was fun! The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and well stocked. We walked to the awesome Kenwick Table for coffee and breakfast. The house is within easy access to downtown, grocery stores, Keeneland Racecourse, walking trails at the Arboretum, distilleries, and many more activities/attractions. We had a few minor questions and needs during our stay and Seth was extremely responsive and helpful! Our group would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering it.
