Great space and location!
Perfect for Lexington visit…convenient to campus, downtown, Keeneland, and Bourbon Trail. Plenty of space, super clean, and had everything we needed.

A historical tour from clay,lincoln bourbon to fort harrod,boonesboro. Great spot but would be better if had chairs/grill on back patio. Will come again for sure!!

Perfect stay

Great location, convenient off street parking, comfortable space
This first floor apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood and has off street parking close to the building door. Inside it is spacious with large rooms, remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds and seating in the living room plus a nice dining room table and chairs for six. The host provided us with coffee and plenty of snacks. It is quiet, clean and conveniently located near downtown just a short drive away. We will hopefully stay here again when we come to visit.

Perfect Place
The location of this rental was perfect for Lexington! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood that felt very safe. It’s close to a long list of great restaurants. The apartment itself was the perfect size for our family. It was very clean. Entry was easy, and parking was convenient. We were in town for racing at Keeneland, and we’ll definitely try to book this rental for future Keeneland trips.

Great place for parents weekend at UKy.
Perfect little spot for our family. Close to campus and shops. House accommodation where perfect. My college girl was thrilled to bring me her laundry to clean up and not have to deal with dorm washers for a weekend. We got to cook a few homemade meals for the kids and just sit around the dinning table talking. Loved the porch swing for morning coffee and quiet neighborhood.

The home was centrally located to everything we needed; nothing we needed was more than three miles away. Brand new towels and wash cloths; very clean linen and pillows, every bed had a mattress cover; kitchen equipped with all cooking necessities; living room spacious and comfy, the throw blankets were a plus! Was clean and charming. Even had coffee and candy to welcome us. Couch and love seat had lounge chairs built-in - very comfortable. Updated kitchen was small but very easy to work in and had most any utensil you may need. Walked the beautiful neighborhood and found many unique, charming homes. Close to Kroger to pick up needed items.

Cute and Cozy 2BR and 1 Bath apartment in a 4 plex with a convenient location to UK and downtown. Located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Safe and comfortable. Comforts and conveniences of home to cook and relax. Easy check in and entrance to apartment. Nice washer and dryer in the basement of the complex to use. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Very nice place
Nice place, very well appointed and clean. If I were to complain, it would be about ROKU. We like sports and ROKU doesn't have ESPN and we couldn't figure out how to get it. Otherwise, a very nice place in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location
We stayed in Lexington for a few nights to visit the University of Kentucky and do some sightseeing around Lexington. The neighborhood was a nice place to walk around. I even took an afternoon to wander around Ashland. It was beautiful. The location was convenient to downtown Lexington and UK. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch swing to people watch and relax outside. Having access to laundry was also a bonus. The beds are not the most comfortable and there didn't seem to be local TV access (or at least we couldn't figure it out) but neither of these things were deal breakers for us. We would still stay here again.

Lovely place, lovely neighborhood
We've stayed at many places over the past several years and this one rates at or near the top. If I was to complain, which I'm not, I very much hate the Roku TV system. We are big ESPN watchers and any of the VRBO's we stay at that have ROKU make it nearly impossible, if not completely impossible, to get ESPN. A small whiny problem, I know, for a place that checked all of our buttons but that one.

Very comfortable condo in great location
This condo was just as pictured, with extremely comfortable living room furniture and well-stocked kitchen. It was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the porch swing and it's a beautiful neighborhood to get out for a walk with a large park nearby. Several restaurants and grocery within a mile or so. Beds and bedding were comfortable. The washer and dryer are separate from the condo in a basement shared with the other 3 condos in the building, but each condo has their own machines to use and the basement was also spotlessly clean. The place was easy to find and parking is conveniently right at the back door of the building. The flooring, while beautiful, is very squeaky to walk on for some reason. No big deal, unless you are a light sleeper and traveling companions get up before you do. We loved our stay here and would book here again when in the area!
