This historic home built is in 1850 is located within walking distance to Rupp Arena, UK, The City Center, & so much more! This unit is located on the first floor equipped with all the modern-day amenities a guest could desire. Guests will live like a true Lexingtonian and will be conveniently located for all their stay needs.

Located in the heart of downtown Lexington on historic upper Street. Our property is located to all the conveniences of downtown and the university of Kentucky. Guest are able to find off street parking to pay and several lots nearby. Parking is not included at this unit

Please note, this property does not include parking. There are several spaces nearby for guests to park, our team will advise on available lots to park. The Primary front bedroom also features a day bed that can be used.

Parents Weekend
Great place to stay if you want to be close to campus. Stayed for parents weekend and had a great stay. Fun historic home. A/C works great!
