We are new to hosting but very excited about the opportunity. Our house is cozy and modern and conveniently located less than 10 minutes to many major attractions… Keeneland, Airport, UK, arboretum, Rupp Arena and downtown Lexington.

We offer a grill and fire pit perfect for a bbq after the game and roasting marshmallows in the fenced in backyard.

Wonderful house and experience!
This property was close enough to everything that we wanted to visit while in Lexington, and was very clean and cozy. Has bunk beds in a room that are almost identical to the ones I had as a kid. Very nostalgic! The hosts were a pleasure also! Highly recommended.

House was very clean, well supplied, comfortable beds! Neighborhood is quiet and close to many attractions. Having a big backyard was an added bonus. Would book again next time we are in the area.

Fantastic stay in Lexington
We had a wonderful stay in this home. Owner was very communicative, has stocked the house well, and even added extra thoughtful touches (including a birthday surprise for our daughter that was turning 14!). Home has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. House instructions were very clear, check out process was easy!

This house was a great spot if you want to visit the local distilleries. It was a short drive! The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the microwave, as well as surprising us with a Birthday Ballon. Very nice little touches. We would stay again

I loved the house. The neighborhood was not as well kept as our rental was. We suggested to our host to put blinds up in bedrooms. She was very helpful and nice. I would stay there again.

Excellent Host and Great Location
This cute brick rancher is close to everything Lexington has to offer. It was spotlessly clean, extraordinarily well equipped for our two week stay, and our host, Krista, was ultra responsive. She has done an amazing job and takes super good care of guests. There was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and festive holiday decor throughout. The one bed we used was comfy and cozy. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals, and I have never seen a more well-equipped kitchen. Every imaginable utensil and cookware, a toaster, fridge with water dispenser, even baking sheets for my cookie-making! Since I have bad knees, it was great that the whole place was one level - just a small threshold step at front and rear doors. Washer and dryer were excellent for our longer stay of two weeks. Excellent heating system kept us cozy on some cold nights a bit below freezing, and we never lacked for hot water when taking two showers in a row. We walked a few times throughout the neighborhood during the days, and it seemed very safe and friendly. We worked a lot from the big dining room, and can report that wifi worked well. It went down once, and the host had it fixed within an hour! When next we are in Lexington, we will be sure to stay here again. The 3 bedrooms are overkill for just the two of us, but the place is so comfortable, I would not be happy anywhere else.
