He managed the staff in a quiet respectful manner which I am sure contributed to the latter’s kindness to the guests. "The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City."

Quick Drop-by in Tacloban

"We were looking for a place to stay for a quick visit to Tacloban for a friend's wedding around the Palo area. Our key concern was the proximity since we didn't want to book anywhere too far. Fan's was a great find. They had a nice and clean place, accommodating staff, and was close to a bunch of places to see, food to sample, and not as much traffic as the city's main roads. "

" It’s a perfect getaway for families and friends. Even though just one night but it is worth it. There are plenty of activities to enjoy here, especially if you make full use of the services they offer. I love how peaceful it is, it really helps you relax and unwind. The room was huge and the service is excellent."
