"Last week, I spent two days with a friend at the hotel, which has a great location and plenty of parking. The person at the front desk was nice and helpful, and the breakfast staff were great. The room and bathroom were clean and comfy. The quality of the breakfast was among the best I've had. I give five stars for the overall experience. Highly recommended."

"Awful,rang numbers provided no one ever answered.No outside lights after arriving in the dark.Apartment was tired and in welcoming,you have to pay extra for bed linen and towels,despite having a double bed and duvet I only received 1 pillow case and two pillows. Absolutely awful."

"I made reservation a day before arrival. I confirmation it was written check in time is from 3 pm to any time. We arrived a 22:30. Checkin was closed. No keys were left for us. We were forced to stay and sleep over night in the car. This is not a hotel and not even a place you can trust for overnight. We are with 3 children overnight in a five seats car. This is a big shame for this hotel and for hotel.com. Even the emergency number of the hotel was not active. We tried to do tater the security...

"The place has beautiful surroudings, but the place needs an upgrade to match the beautiful mountains. Especially the food served for dinner was below expectations The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not acceptable. On the positive side, the sauna was very impressive. "I have rented from VRBO many times and this was a disaster. We were never given instructions to enter the unit and could not contact anyone. We arrived with kids and grandparents at 11:30 pm and could not get into the unit. VRBO was not helpful at the time and neither VRBO nor Novasol (the manager) will give me my money back. Novasol is scam - do NOT rent from them."
