Super clean. It was very comfortable with everything I needed for a night's stay. The family that runs it was genuinely friendly and helpful and seemed to really care that I had everything I needed. A couple of good restaurants within walking distance made it very convenient. I highly recommend.

Not the best area but clean room.
the motel is not in the best of areas. The front desk gentleman was fine but a bit odd in saying "don't smoke and don't have dog." Quite a few police sirens through night. The beds were comfortable enough. Room clean, sheets clean and no bugs...but probably this is more of a 7.3 rating not an 8.2.

Clean and perfect on a budget
I love this place. It's definitely old and needs everything updated. But you can tell they clean it well. The owners are SO very kind. I stay in Liberal quite often for 1 or 2 nights at a time to watch my son play baseball at the college. This is a perfect place for someone on a budget that wants a clean room, but doesn't care about it being old.
