Location very good, close to everything, many restaurants around, safe and easy to get metro or bus, inconvenience, beds are uncomfortable, if you are more than 4 people is better to rent two rooms, one room for 5 people or more, is not good, sofa bed, the mattress is really uncomfortable, is better to put it in the floor and sleep there. Other than that i recommend the place, specially for its location

For the price I just cannot accept that you don’t get an in room coffee machine. They offer free coffee in lobby up to 10:30am, but I hate having to trek down first thing in the morning. Hat to also call to get shower gel as there were no extras in the room. Check in took 15 mins. Room was ok for the price. Service was good.

The service is here is exceptional. The art of hospitality lives on here. From your first “hello” at the door - to all the small touches - the staff here are impeccable. It’s a great location. We will be back.

The hotel is very lovely, and the public spaces are wonderful since the upgrade. There are a few things that would make a huge difference to the guest's experience. The bathroom looks lovely, but these suggestions would make it truly 5 star; brighter light, a shelf and a hook, a non-slip pad in the shower (the marble floor is terrorizing), a lighted magnifying mirror all other hotels have these. Why a fridge that doesn't work, take it away or fill it up. The sofa and side chair although cute to look at weren't very comfortable to sit in. Furniture with a higher back would be better. I wonder if the manager ever stays for a few days in the hotel rooms, with clothes and makeup for a trip? All the staff were amazing everyone was willing to help us they were accommodating, polite and lovely which is not the way the Park Lane use to be. We were guest on a very busy weekend no one seemed overwhelmed. One place that was overwhelmed was the elevator!!! OMG everyone was moaning about the card not taking the number. You know it is a problem that has to be fixed. I will be shocked if there is any response from the powers that be not AI to this email.
