Excessive charge for dog , receptionist not aware of arrival with dog had emailed prev evening -and had a response confirming dog . Dog fee hidden in booking for , after inputting payment details £25 for a dog!!!!!! Who didn’t even have a breakfast

Excellent. I had an evening meal which was really good and was so different from other hotels I have stayed at. The staff were great, the room was great, the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Booked to stay do we could visit the Michelin star restaurant in Lichfield. Short inexpensive taxi ride into Lichfield. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Grab bags were a great idea. Would recommend

Staff attentive and friendly. Had to leave 06:00 on our checkout day knowing we'd miss an excellent breakfast. Valentin on reception organised a 'take out breakfast for us within minutes.The gesture and the breakfast was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
